Hillside Lodge and Chalets is the perfect place to host your special day. Surrounded by the breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, this rustic lodge and chalet venue is the perfect backdrop to exchange vows and celebrate the start of your new life together.

The beautiful venue offers stunning views of the Blaeberry River and is the ideal place to build memories that will last a lifetime. Let us provide you with the perfect setting for your special day.

What's Included

Wedding seasons tyically run from May Long weekend until Thanksgiving long weekend.

* Friday Check in 1:00 pm

  Sunday Check out 11:00 am 

* Last call is 1:00 am. Music must be turned low at this time.

* All accommodations must be rented for a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights on long weekends).

* Access to all included areas from check in to check out time

* Mandatory shuttles for groups 40+. Any vehicles left onsite must be picked up before 12 noon on check out day.

* Lodge (wedding suite, back deck, all lodge common areas) are licensed. Outside food and alcohol are prohibited. Drinks available for purchase.

Long weekend................$8,200* + taxes (additional day in venue and on property)

*BC PST (8%), GST (5%) and MRDT (3%) are not included in nightly rate. All accommodations are subject to a $35 cleaning fee.

Most of the time, guests pay for their own accommodations. You assign the rooms and cabins to your guests and they confirm with credit card info!
