Highlights
* You may bring your own alcohol for the bar, need bartender and insurance.
* Booking is for the whole weekend.
* Set up starts Friday at 1pm, take down by 1 pm Sunday.
* We include all required items - no hidden add ons other than some rental decor items.
​* We have heaters, fans and umbrellas so any weather is great!
​* Add. time can be added to your rental at $150/hour

* Last call is 1:00 am. Music must be turned low at this time. We don't mind if you continue the party but at a low volume.
* All accommodations must be rented for a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights on long weekends).
* Access to all included areas from check in to check out time
* Mandatory shuttles for groups 40+. Any vehicles left onsite must be picked up before 12 noon on check out day.
