The full amount will be charged to your card on Monday prior to check in. You will receive your invoice within a week of filling out this form.
The day prior to check in, you will receive an email with your door code. If you don't receive this email, please contact us PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
Check in is strictly after 3pm. Anyone arriving before 2pm will be subject to additional charges. Check out is before 11 am.
PLEASE NOTE RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
One bedroom Chalets (Porcupine, Buffalo, Beaver Chalets) - $240/night + taxes based on 2 ppl
Two Bedroom Chalets (Moose, Caribou, Grizzly, Wolf Chalets) - $355/night + taxes based on 4 ppl
Up to 2 additional guests may be added to Porcupine, Buffalo, Beaver, Moose, Grizzly and Caribou Chalets for $35/person/night + taxes excl children under 5 yrs. 5-12 yrs - $10/night + taxes
Hillside Boler Trailer is $80/night + taxes, 2ppl max
Tent - $25/night + taxes. RV Spot - $55/night + taxes
All accommodations other than Boler, RV and Tent spots are subject to a $35 cleaning fee.
Taxes in BC are as follows: 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% Tourism Tax
